Online Registration - HAJ Cases
Instructions to fill up the registration form:
  • Fill up the original application form and then register in the net
  • Don't leave any required columns blank.
  • Don't enter (') i.e single quote or i.e. double quote in any of the fields.
  • For District entry, those who are living in the city limit of Bangalore, Mysore,Dharward should select COP Bangalore,COP Mysore and COP Dharward respectively. Others should select SOP < District Name > of these three districts. Applicants of other districts should select SOP < District Name >
  • Expand the initials in Applicant's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name and Spouse's Name(if applicable).
    Example : S N I Vasudevan should be expanded as Srirangam Narayana Iyengar Vasudevan.
                  Smitha S C should be expanded as SMITHA SHARATH CHANDER.
  • The Applicant's Name and Surname should be filled in separate fields. If there is no surname then leave it blank.
  • The Applicant's Name, Date of birth and identification marks should be filled as per the birth certificate or school leaving certificate.
  • Fill up your present address and permanent address with pin codes. The present address should be the address where you are residing currently and proof such as ration card, telephone bill (one year old), bank A/C book should be available for the same.
  • Date Of Birth and Old Passport Issue Date should be entered in 'dd/mm/yyyy' format only.
  • Place of birth should be filled in followed by the state in which it is located.
  • Those who are holding an old passport have to fill up the old passport details.
  • Please fill the e-mail address and phone number fields so that application status can be communicated to you from time to time.
  • Check the details completely before clicking SUBMIT button.
  • Register only once. Don't register more than once for one application.
