Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

- Apply using Form-2 (Miscellaneous Services).
|
- If the passport was issued from any other passport office, then produce proof of residence in Karnataka & furnish a set of Personal Particulars forms.
|
- Applicant is required to furnish passport and its photocopy.
|
- Please note passport is also required while issuing PCC as endorsement requires to be made on passport.
|
- PCC shall be issued after receipt of PV report in cases where clear report is not available on previous file.

| This service is not available under the Tatkaal scheme, as the formal police verification process is required to be completed. In cases where a clear police report from the concerned jurisdiction is already available on your file, a fresh police verification is not required. |
